Linking Hearts and Hands for Peace

When this theme was chosen our country was at peace. This theme was chosen to help our children work together to help provide love and support for the children around the world in their search for peace. We now include all of our children in the discussions of the fears and apprehensions that come from living in a world at war as well as providing support and care for one another.

Materials for Lutheran Schools Week will be available on line at www.lutheran-schools.com after January 15, 2002. We will also make hard copies available through ELEA.

Watch for these materials, use them, celebrate your Lutheran school or early childhood center, and help the children in your classrooms experience God's peace.
