What happens when the school year
begin and you are ten, twenty or thirty students below your
budgeted amount? Panic, anxiety and the implementing of plan B.

In most
cases, this will not happen if a marketing and promotion program
is in full force over the course of a 12 month period. In our
highly competitive atmosphere, administrators must be wearing
their marketing hat all year long and be very proactive even if
you have a full enrollment at this time. Things change
everywhere.
The following
Promotion Plan gives you an overview of what December, January and
February could look like in a given year. Subsequent issues of
Views & Vision will include additional three-month increments of
this plan.
